Refund policy
✓ يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب.
✓ لن يتم قبول استرجاع أو استبدال أي منتج تظهر عليه علامات الاستخدام أو التلف، ويجب أن يكون في حالته الأصلية.
✓ تحتفظ Luster بالحق في رفض أي طلب استرجاع أو استبدال لا يستوفي الشروط المذكورة.
✓ في حالة الموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع، يتم رد المبلغ عبر Instapay أو Vodafone Cash خلال 5–7 أيام عمل من تاريخ استلام المنتج المرتجع من شركة الشحن.
✓ في حالة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، يتم احتساب رسوم إضافية قدرها 25 جنيهًا مصريًا بالإضافة إلى رسوم الشحن الأساسية.
✓ في حالة تأكيد الطلب وعدم استلامه أو رفض استلامه، يلتزم العميل بسداد تكلفة الشحن.
✓ Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
✓ Products that show signs of use, damage, or are not in their original condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.
✓ Luster reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
✓ Approved refunds will be processed via Instapay or Vodafone Cash within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
✓ For both returns and exchanges, an additional fee of EGP 25 will be charged in addition to the original shipping fee.
✓ If an order is confirmed but is not received or is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
